 2012-13

• Call for proposals distributed by the Academic Senate in the Fall 2012 semester.
• Proposal abstracts due to Academic Senate office by February 8, 2013.
• Advisory Board completes initial screening of proposal abstracts by March 8, 2013.
• Advisory Board contacts the Award finalists by March 22, 2013, and invites each one to make an oral presentation in support of his or her proposal.
• Finalists make oral presentations to Advisory Board by April 19, 2013.
• Advisory Board selects Award recipient by April 26, 2013.
• Advisory Board notifies recipient and applicants by May 3, 2013.

Assessment Coordinator Erik Kramer offers two training sessions focused on how to do program assessment.

The first will be next week Tuesday 2/12/13 from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in PS 117. There will be a second session on Thursday 2/14/13 from 10:00 to 11:00 am in LRC 105.

These two sessions will focus on the program assessment process at CR. This process is essential for our continued fulfillment of accreditation standards on assessment, and to maintaining our commitment to assessment made in our response report. Please come to either session if you want to learn about this process and how to be a part of it.

For those who need to call in, please find the call in information for the first session on Tuesday below. If possible, I encourage being there in person for this session. Another email with call in information for the second session will be sent next week.
