Consultant Shirley Kelly at CR Monday, Tuesday

CR’s accreditation consultant Dr Shirley Kelly will be at the CR Eureka campus on Monday and Tuesday, April 30 and May 1.

She will be working with the Accreditation Oversight Committee (AOC) and others on the Integrated Planning Manual (Recommendation 2) and the Strategic Hiring Plan (Recommendation 6).

The Eureka Campus graduation will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at 11:00am in the gymnasium.

Note to faculty: Faculty will meet in the men’s locker room at 10:00am to robe and line up.

Assessment Summit:  May 15-16-17

An assessment summit has been planned for Tuesday through Thursday May 15, 16, 17.

The California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) and the Community College League of California (CCLC, aka "the League") have scheduled two webinars -- OPEN to ALL campus constituencies and other interested parties -- to discuss the Governor's May Revised Budget, expected to be released on May 14.

The Webinars are scheduled as follows:

• Tuesday, May 15: 10am
• Tuesday, May 15: 3pm

For the 3pm Webinar, the Board Room at the CR Eureka campus will be set up for people who would like to gather to participate together as a group.

Anyone who chooses to participate on his/her own (at either 10am or 3pm) can register via the link below.

For these webinars, participants are encouraged to use the log-in information to follow along the Powerpoint presentation. Participants can either listen in to the audio streaming with the Powerpoint, or call in separately on a phone line. All phone lines will be muted to reduce background noise.

At the conclusion of the initial presentation questions submitted via CCC Confer will be answered.
